As a consignment-based boutique, we encourage customers to choose carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
Exchanges / Store Credit
- Exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging (if applicable).
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit in accordance with our obligations.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

- As we operate a consignment model, items may be limited and not always available for replacement.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
